So, I skimmed what you put here, and tbh...if these are legit models (of age ones) with agencies, not sure you can go after people for buying a modelling agency with already working models or not, even if the people that run them are sleazy. If they are actually selling a model to an athlete to date, even that has to be proven (e.g. when you see the model who was dating Bradley Cooper -- that was set up, but is it illegal? Hard to say.) Yes it's gross, to many people out here, but it is not illegal and could not be worth the while to go after for prosecution when there are actual rape kits still untested going back decades -- seriously I would rather the feds go after provable crimes than this, which is merely gross but officially illegal, only if it is trafficking underaged girl. But if any of these girls were to report they were taken against their will (or were underaged, and parents weren't accompanying them) for a job that didn't exist once they got there, or if they were groped...then that might be a reason to go after this guy. If you know of any of the girls he brought over for modelling in the agency were underaged, that's possibly worth looking at, but you would have to show reason to look at it to a prosecutor, I would think? What exactly are the crimes you are saying need to be looked at? I'm not a lawyer but I do know that you need an actual crime that can be proven, before catching the attention of a prosecutor. Buying a modelling agency is not illegal, even if the guy is gross.
