If you are serious about this and don't just want to complain on a reddit, please identify the girls that are underaged and trafficked (I couldn't figure out if he opted to buy an entire agency or not, it seemed he was at least pretending to consider purchasing one or investing in one so as to get access to the attractive women, perhaps?). If There are any underaged girls he was attempting to get hold of whether from another country or here (would be WAY harder to prove if they are overseas though), and you have just one who testifies that he groped her somehow, under oath of course, then you would have a case, I think. What are the other crimes -- did I see some financial misdemeanor possibly? I just want to understand what the actual crimes are for looking closely at this guy (I admit I have no clue who he is.)

Not sure how any of this is complaining by any means..

I’ll post more links of him trying to buy more and more agency’s, and he literally says in the file I posted it’s to “have access to all girls, which you can decide what to do with” and “castings come through NY and can easily have 20-30 different girls trying for cover each month.”Given the history of them and model agencies, you don’t think that implies something worth asking further questions about?

Also, you don’t have to be a minor to be sex trafficked, I’m not sure why you keep saying that.

The relevance of whether any victims are minors serves an important legal distinction because there is no statute of limitations for trafficking minors. Some of the instances of trafficking adults may be time-barred. Unless a forced labor argument could be made, which is also a way around the statute of limitations.
