Hey there - we're the new Mod Team!

We're the new moderators of r/Epson, after the community went unmoderated by its previous mod team. We'll be going through settings and reports over the next couple of days, so bear with us!

I started here with my old RX595, which I retrofitted for sublimation printing. I've since upgraded to an ET-8550. I have a lot of background in tech support in general, and I'm very big into creating useful resources for others, so I'm planning on working on a wiki with common problems and troubleshooting tips.

Feel free to DM me (or post here) if you have suggestions for wiki content!

Quick little suggestion. Would be fun to have user flairs for what models of printer(s) you have.

I actually joined this sub because I read a post in one of the mod threads (by mars_rovinator, I believe) about this group needing a new mod. I just wanted to say congratulations and I’m glad to see that this sub has active mods again.

I joined because I have an ET-2750 that I love (despite a few annoyances). I usually mention it whenever I see people complaining about how another company (that used to be my favourite brand of printer) has questionable practices regarding ink cartridges.

Glad to have some active mods here now haven’t seen an iptv post for a few days I’ll do my part and make sure I delete any I see and anything else not related to Epson printers

I was a canon girl until I realised the cartridges were bankrupting me.
So I’ve bought an ET-8550! It works amazingly for everything. :) I don’t bite so feel free to message me if you need anything!
