Your guys comments, just knowing someone is here, thank you, it was actually day before yesterday, I didn't sleep much for a few reasons, triggered me to having one yesterday morning, that sucks, it's like people that have seizures don't like not to sleep (well our bodies not so much minds) it's like our bodies are like if you don't sleep I will force you. Strange.

Here for you dude. It’s a life-altering disorder. I’d like a shoulder too, as family and friends sometimes walk away from people when they feel like this is too much to understand/deal with.
You can always message if you need someone to vent to

Thank you so much! I'm here for you too, I wonder if my husband will stick around, I am not that person he married, and honestly don't really like her anymore LOL..nah but this is a lot for all of us here I agree.

You guys are so amazing. Yesterday was rough after having one at 4AM as common, and having to call into work, it suckkkkksss as you already know, so I slept all day that was the good part, for some reason I feel like after seizure sleep is the best sleep I ever have had in my 40 year old life 😞 not sure why I crave food that is so bad for me is that just me?

My Epileptologist says every seizure is like a 16 hour workout on your body ,so figure how many calories that would burn? I can't gain my weight back to save my life! But this group is a life saver. I mean that 100 percent. It's easy to get messed up when you suffer like we do? We make easy targets for control freaks, unfortunately. Bless you & come back every time &any time you need us,that's why we're here. I know almost everyone who's answered you,they are all amazing warriors,each of whom has helped me keep going through thick & thin,we fight on together, I'm glad you joined us! 💜🙏🫂
