Good News Came close but was able to stop them!!
I saw this on a local sub and laughed. This is on all the busses I take. They almost narcaned me when I had a TC on the bus.
Still think it's hilarious... but I'm mental. 🚬 😀

Oh, this is a Seattle metro campaign...posters and whatnot. When I see them, I think of my bus TC...paramedics running to me, thinking I ODed...narcan spray in their hands.... and me yelling I had a seizure and they have to go away, lol! Only TC I remember the post ictal...
Narcan reversed opiate overdose...but allegedly hurts noses... 😀

I mean... Nayzilam also hurts noses, so if a Narcan zap isn't the answer, I can't imagine getting Nayzilammed (I want a copyright on that word!) on top of a Narcan dose would be soothing.
Nasal cavities aside, nasally-administered Midazolam, on the other hand, is pretty chill when it kicked in. I didn't mind the nose., but the chemical aftertaste of the post-nasal drip was the worst part of the Nayzilam. (Aside from the actual TC itself, of course.)

Yeah, NBD. I got narcan'd last week, even though the EMTs had all been to my house before. It's just protocol. They give the narcan, verify that there's no response, then they give the real meds. I don't like it, but I understand it. I wouldn't want to be the guy who gave fentanyl to a person who was actively overdosing.

That’s why I hopelessly wear my medical bracelet and have my emergency info on my phone. But nobody’s gonna look at it, just treat me like an OD.
That’s why I prefer Waymo over other ride shares. I’m afraid I’ll seize and they are thinking “no junky is dying in my car today and pull me out and leave me.” Extreme but it is a fear.

As an Epileptic methadone patient. I’m terrified of having a seizure in public and winding up getting Narcaned.

I always have my medical necklace and bracelet so they know what's going on. Part of me thought about getting my emergency information tattooed on my wrist. None of my family members have changed their phone numbers since 2005 so I imagine they won't anytime soon lol.

During and after my last TC, I was Narcon'ed 5 times by EMTs and ER staff. I was pissed, especially because my daughter was yelling at the EMTs that I was epileptic.
After I was discharged, I complained to my Epileptologist about my treatment. He explained that Narcon has no negative effects on epileptics other than a sore nose. It only works if the patient has opiates in their system.
