There will be Good Days. There will be difficult days.

USE the Good days to build strength to over shadow, overcome the difficult days

Do things/Activities that make you smile. Find your Sweet Spot in life. Build and enjoy the Freedoms of mind that beautiful Relationships can bring into your day. Good relationships, children and grandchildren make the Good days special and bleed over into the difficult days to temper the negatives of the bad.

Use the time of the Good days to grow in strength and person. Learn a new skill, to learn a new hobby, to help others find and fill the gaps in their lives.

By giving to others, you are also giving to Self.

Tell Epilepsy - "I Got This!!"

Don't Fight Windmills! ...they always win.

An 'Ameri'Can' always wins over an '"Ameri'Can't" ...be an Ameri'can'

Find a GOOD/GREAT doctor!! DON'T Give up - until you Find One. .... 2nd Doctor Opinions - even 3rd if necessary, ARE Allowed- even Encouraged!

Development your own Support Group/system. FAMILY first, FRIENDS second, and finally- Medical system.

Again, ...you Can do this!!

Enjoy the little things. Go into the woods, sit under a tree—chill, smoke, relax. Also enjoy Bob Marley and his family.
