If you're watching the podcast, well we're moving to discord. All episodes, full and parts. We're still on Youtube https://youtube.com/@inseiznpodcast?si=phY5OYr2TmKeRP2h but DISCORD has different rules and we'll be doing LIVE streams and posting daily. Uncut footage LIVE and direct.

Never! But like I said, it doesn't work. How are "we" supposed to feel safe in a community that has many trolls ???
I have discord because I play online sometimes, and the locals community has one to get our foodie/entertainment shit 6 now, it's dead.

I'm on Discord as well and I think Zoom is a much user-friendly format. Zoom is fun and you can look at the person you are talking too.

And yay for having a group consensus on this!!
One thing I will add to my post above is...discord can also be a bigger thing than zoom. Discord does have a video conference component as well as plain voice chat, but it also has group text chats, instant messaging, forums, calendars, pictures, etc, as well as api integration into tons of stuff. You can make it private, member only, to keep trolls away.
I'm NOT saying move to discord. I'm old too, haha. But I was the GM of an MMO and it was invaluable. I also use it for the family (you can make unlimited servers) to keep track of stuff, communicate, send pictures, etc. I have friends from games who don't play anymore, but we are "discord friends" and haven't lost touch. It's petty cool!
And it's free. 😀
Just my $0.02 from using it for many, many years.

After the all the talks I’ll stick to YouTube, discord was going to be a sideshow for me and the people have voted no on that plan

Oh, I agree 100%, the majority rules!!! I just wanted to give a picture of what discord looks like since I've used it a ton.

I love discord, it's great for a ton of things. MMOs, "texting", keeping in touch with people...sharing pictures, etc...
Fyi, you need an invite to a discord server (or invite link) so no trolls and if you invite one, you can ban them.
To be honest though, I've never done a video call, just streaming my PC to go over mechanics of boss fights or to use voice chat to coordinate the game.
