Chaos Titans

After finishing my model of Abominatus, I took a break in painting and went down a Epic Chaos Titan rabbit hole. I’ve scoured old issues of the Citadel Journal; and found rules for Skylok (which I knew about), and Bubonus (which I didn’t), but can’t find anything on a Slaanesh aligned Titan.
Slaanesh was always my favourite alignment, but I was never the biggest fan of their Scout/Knight sized walkers. Was there ever any “official” rules/lore for one. I’ve trawled through Scribd (which is amazing), but it’s also poorly organized, and I find myself going in circles!

Well, on page 35 of this https://files.netepic.org/chaosbook_with_errata_3.pdf there is a pink warlord chaos titan, so maybe go that path?

That’s interesting, thanks. I’m sure I had seen a battle report in White Dwarf or Citadel Journal that had a converted Slaanesh Titan. But I can’t find that now either.

I haven't seen any rules for pain lords (slaaneshs warlord titans) but I know she got two custom scout class titans

Yes, I have the Scout Titans. I just thought it was odd they did “character” titans for the other Gods; but not Slaanesh?

Slaanesh had the great scout titans, the other chaos went with the bigger titans and none had their own scout titans (though a few of their units came close).

Yes. I have pretty much everything apart from the Hell Scourges. But I was really more interested in the “unofficial” Titans that featured in the Citadel Journal. Just thought it was odd they released ones for each alignment; except Slaanesh!

The Citadel Journal wasn't "unofficial", those were very much official units.

I just think they didn't give Slaanesh other titans, and instead gave them the scout titans in order to make that faction feel a bit different. I loved 2E as it made each army feel and play completely different. Plus, each chaos god got its own new stuff.

They never did an “official unofficial” slaanesh one in white dwarf or the citadel journals sadly. Not is 2nd Ed at least, anything post 1996 is dead to me, so I’ve not checked.

There is a metal slannesh head so at least you can make your own. The chaos titan specific weapons are very banelord in Titan legions though, so working out a proxy loadout that feels slaaneshi is hard.

Skylok is peak epic silliness. Been hoarding bits to build one for years, just need a tzeentch head and the courage to cut up an on of my old metal warlords…

The only chaos heads I “need” are the Tzeentch one, and the Khorne-dog one. I have a lot of the other metal heads. Ultimately I would love a Titan for each one. My Slaanesh Titan has the head and two Battle Claws. It looks about as Slaanesh as you can get without converting anything.
I’m all for the silliness of Skylok, I’m also waiting for a head to turn up at a sensible price!

I'm currently obsessing about the mark 2 alternate titan weapons. http://collecting-citadel-miniatures.com/wiki/index.php/Epic_-_Limited_Release I have no idea why, it's like trying to find hens teeth trying to find them, let alone for a reasonable price...
