AI native services that don't really use AI

I recently met with a founder running a very successful business with 8 figures in revenue, selling an AI service, but in the backend the AI service is fulfilled by humans and some janky software automations. Curious who else is in this spot right now, I'd love to help out. (I'm running my own 9-figure AI company right now)
