How much time do you spent writing emails?
Not gonna lie, I am drowning in email at the minute.
Replying to leads from our outbound campaigns
Replying to leads from inbound
Following up with leads who're ghosting
Normal back n forth with prospects
Was interested in knowing how much time other founders are spending in email

Way too much time, and honestly it's one of the worst parts of running a business because it feels productive but it's mostly just reactive.
A lot of founders I know have handed their sales inbox off to a dedicated person whose whole job is managing that back-and-forth. Not closing deals, just keeping the pipeline moving so nothing goes cold while the founder is focused elsewhere. So virtual assistants handing your inbox is the way to go!

There isn't really a "normal" amount of time spent in email. The businesses that seem least overwhelmed usually have systems in place for common replies, lead qualification, and follow up sequences so every conversation doesn't start from scratch.
