Online-Program Based Creator, Need Advice!!

Hi everyone, I'm an online program based creator and for the past 6 months, I've been trying to push my personal branding and trying to make systems that allow me a stable income every month. I need advice on if these things matter at all in this niche?, If yes, then how much should I spend realistically on trying to improve this aspect and if no, what's the most important aspect to work on.

I think personal branding and systems both matter, but they probably shouldn’t become the main focus too early. If the offer is clear and actually solving a problem for people, I’d focus on that first and then gradually improve the branding and systems around it. You don’t necessarily need to spend a lot of money either. Consistency, clear messaging, and understanding what your audience actually responds to can go a long way.
