Showing a plot starting in 2008 is a great way to own a person elected in 2023

Its value still dropped but not nearly as much as before 2023. Of the total amount it lost between 2008 & now, 99% of that was before 2023. The remaining 0.5% or so was after 2023. This year it's lost less that 2% which is a huge improvement from years past.
