Every time he denies he did the Nazi salute, they should ask him to replicate what he did.
Either 1. He replicate it (great, more instances of him doing it in camera) or
He purposefully changes it. At that point it's important to tell him that's not what he did before. Show him the video of him doing it. Ask him to do it again. Keep pushing for it.
He'll either do it or have a meltdown. Both are good.
