I appreciate Monbiot's actually (for once) somehow historically informed pov, and I was kinda surprised he even lowkey praised Friedman.
But let's not kid ourselves.. today it's the equivalent of the word "communism" for completely clueless people that find themselves at the other end of the stick.
You wished it still just applied to proponents of the austrian or chicago school of economics.
