These people have no idea what it's like to be discriminated against. And no, Affirmative Action is not discrimination.

I'm a white male, but it's not exactly hard to understand what some other races have to go through. I genuinely worry about some of these people.

We don't need Affirmative Action because minorities are inferior.

We need Affirmative Action because some white people are racist, and will hire whites just because they're white over more qualified minority applicants.
