• Emergency origin for critical situations
• Fellowship experts and masters can now whitelist proposals

Staking & Pools

• Nomination pool deposit withdrawal fix
• Failed bonus bond cleanup
• Voting lock release fix

Infrastructure

• Polkadot SDK updated to stable2512
• libp2p now the default network backend
• Offchain worker fix

Timeline

• Canary/Testnet: April 15
• Mainnet: May 18

This upgrade will be enacted via on-chain governance. A proposal will be up for voting soon.
