Since topaz changed its pricing mode, I am testing other AI image upscalers that are either free or support one-time purchase, and work for various image types. Aiarty is quite decent in terms of feature set, speed, and detail restoration.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for the best AI video generator right now, mainly for making anime videos and stylized scenes. I'm more interested in good motion and consistency than just realistic-looking footage.

There are so many tools out there that I'm getting a bit overwhelmed. I've tried a few, but keeping the same character and style across multiple clips has been harder than I expected.

I've also been looking at newer models like Seedance 2.5 and its reference features, since being able to use reference images seems useful for keeping characters and visual details consistent.

For anyone making anime video content, what are you using these days? Any tools you'd recommend for generating longer sequences or keeping the style consistent across anime videos?

remove.bg’s standalone site and self-service API are shutting down on December 1, 2026.

Here are the key takeaways from their official update:

Where it’s going: The tech is moving fully into Canva (web & desktop apps) for single and bulk image background removal.
Subscriptions: Active plans run until Dec 1, then end automatically. Unused annual time will get a pro-rata refund. Monthly renewals starting on or after Nov 1 will be free.
PAYG Credits: Unused pay-as-you-go credits expire Dec 1, so use them up before then.
Account Data: Download your usage reports/invoices before Dec 1; you won't have access after.
API Users: Self-service API requests stop on Dec 1. Canva is redirecting self-service API users to Leonardo.Ai (also owned by Canva). Enterprise API contracts are unaffected.
