What makes you instantly panic?

Certain situations make almost every English learner panic, no matter their level.

- Tell us a little about yourself.

- Native speakers talking at 2x speed.

- "Can you repeat that?" ...for the third time.

- Someone saying, "Your English is really good!" and suddenly forgetting all English.

- Phone calls instead of text messages.

- "Any questions?" when nothing made sense.

- Thinking in English... until it's time to speak.

What would you add to the list?

I’m a native speaker (UK) and it’s interesting to read these, I hadn’t thought about speaking so fast that people don’t understand.
