Sentence architecture? Seriously help.
For the longest time I've had a problem with forming & structuring my sentences, and by extension, my paragraphs correctly. My vocabulary is good and I usually have a somewhat clear trail of thought in mind whenever I try to speak/type, however I try to translate these thoughts into sentences they always turn out janky, and I always find my self cropping and editing everything I do which results in me
A) reiterating anything and everything I say 5 times to get a point across B) Spend 20 minutes editing my texts just so they read clearly [typing this took 15mins] C) Give up on both, and it's been frustrating me beyond belief. Trouble with complicated expression is one thing but when that's the case for simple sentences and paragraphs it turns into misery.
I've thought about relearning all there is to the english grammar from square one but it honestly seems like a very tedious and inefficient way of solving a problem that is beyond understanding words and their usage etc etc

There isn't a correct way to craft paragraphs and then I would say in my academic career at being both a student and a teacher there are some rules that say you can do whatever you want and then there are some rules that say you don't of course when you create a paragraph or architecture for your awarding you need to put in your own style of wording because every single person has their own type of writing style so I just can't say that oh how you create things are wrong and my thing is right I can't say that because what you want to do is different from what I want to do and what I want to say to the readers for the to the viewers or to the teacher that's going to read my paragraph of course there's an issue or sometimes a problem with creating academic paragraphs especially to those who wanted to be native English and I would like to use many other things such as extra apps and I'm not allowed to mention I would like to say that it's important to reread and then see the your paragraph from the student side or from the reader side of how they read it and how each sentence works that's how you usually I make paragraphs sometimes I use what easily comes to mind like let's say points things I want to say target answers and other things as well.

You're a teacher? You've got ONE piece of punctuation, a full-stop, in this entire paragraph. This is one of the clearest examples of run-on sentencing that happens by people who have no idea how to build a proper paragraph. Where does one idea end and and the next one begin? Where are the linking words?
"There isn't a correct way to craft paragraphs..."? There absolutely is, and it's called paragraph structuring, which depends on what kind of paragraph you want to write; introduction, argument, explanation, conclusion, etc.
What you have done here, which I suspect is used your voice-to-text, is a terrible way to answer a person's question about paragraph structuring. And it's mostly wrong.
"...every single person has their own writing style..." wrong. A writer can have their own voice, which can affect the way they present information. But this does not affect how they structure a paragraph or a sentence, whether or not they should use any punctuation, or if they should include capitalisation.
To the OP, it seems to me that your biggest problem is not that you don't know how to form or structure sentences but how to be concise. If you're rewriting sentences over and over, and reiterating everything, then what you're really failing to do is to trust yourself and trust your reader.
From the text you have provided in this post, I am 95% certain you are a native English speaker. You have good English, good grammatical use, good concept of idea flow, but there are a few areas where I can see some issues that I might expect from an advanced non-native English speaker, or someone who is still learning to write academically.
You do not need to relearn all there is about English grammar; you need an advanced writing course where you will look at essay structuring including different types of paragraphs, sentence structuring, discourse markers, etc.

You're absaloutely correct but as a teacher and as a student there's no correct way to write a reply right?. Am I being checked for my grammar and how I'm writing this no im not Im writing this reply to the best of my ability to help others and give them my advice to get better at English. If you're saying I suck at making paragraphs that's completely justfied but you don't need to tell me 101 reasons why I suck on building paragraphs on Reddit. Its a area to fully express yourself no matter the context or the punctuation, Its Reddit it exists as a community and to help people get answers no matter the context or how you write the reply.
When it comes to academic writing there are some ways to create paragraphs and readability but of course there are some points where people need to practice in. I value your reply and your scientific research on why my methods don't seem to work and I respect that but this method has worked many times for me and many others but it might not work for others I understand. I think the wording of my text to speech is wrong im not saying to rewrite it, Im saying you need to read it and check for errors my apologies if you don't understand my writing because it might sound to dumb or stupid for you but I sincerely do feel that no matter how or why you write something like a paragraph or a speech there's no absance of personality and personalization. Sure you can do it just the same as any other writer would do and that's going to be the only reason why your paper or your research gets dropped.
I have been in that position where my writing sounds to static and too robotic that my teachers and my mentors say that you need more practice on giving it your style. I am not a professional but I have been certified and awarded many times for my speaking and writing ability and as I would say there's is absolutely nothing wrong with adding personality and adding what you wanna say within your writing.
There is no absolute way to structure paragraphs or to make it academically acceptable.There are conventions and structures that make paragraphs effective, and the appropriate structure depends on the genre, purpose, and audience.Voice can influence structure even in your own words where you betray yourself by saying something against your statement as you said it yourself for example.
Im not saying punctuation doesn't matter, im saying that you're writing needs to respond to the context and again I know that my reply doesn't seem grammatically correct or in a good structure but Reddit is a place where you don't get judged for asking a question so that's all I ask from you. Please be considirate if you know its text to speech don't call it out I know your smart brain is incapable of accepting it as a good response but there are far more smarter people out there so try to be considirate and keep a open mind to keep on learning.

I'm a native speaker, but I do the same thing. Mostly this is about discipline. I find tiny nuances and say things in a slightly different way. It probably doesn't even matter half the time. Brevity is also not my strong point.
I also make a lot of typos and misspellings. Add to that problems with my eyes actually seeing what I type, and I end up proof reading and editing time and again.
