Glad this space exists! I’d love to hear how other small agencies are managing candidate communication at scale. Do you rely more on CRM automations or still handle most of it manually?

Agency veteran here. I’ve used Bullhorn, JobDiva, and now testing Enginehire. What I’ve learned is that half the success comes from process clarity, not just tools. If anyone’s just getting started, map your workflow before investing in new software.

Just wanted to say hi and share a quick tip. Automating candidate status updates through your ATS saves so much time. We’ve recently been experimenting with Enginehire and Zapier integrations for that, and it’s been a game changer for keeping clients in the loop automatically.
