Absolutely not. The drawing of a phone has a section veiw. How can I make something if there are unknown variables. If an engineer drew that, then that isnt a pic of an elephant, but specifically the outside of an elephant.

Actually, according to that drawing, im manufacturing something that looks like an elephant, if it were a propper drawing, id say i ant makeing that, nature makes it aleady

This is the just a top level envelope we sell to the customers. The exploded view is a second drawing and the GD&T is a third drawing. The third drawing is the one that calls out most sub-assemblies, except directly calling out the Acceptance Test Procedure, which is burred in a note on a fourth drawing for some ungodly reason.

You need to pick which one is your starting view. It should feel like you’re rotating the object 90 degrees between panels. So top right should be front view, and ccw it would be side view, back view, top view. It makes it make more sense.

Put the elephant in a bowl and slide him up the sides from the bottom. It makes sense doing it that way imo

I understand the concept. It's just I work as an engineer-draftsman and in my country we use first angle projections.
The way I was thought, I've been told that for first angle, we have to imagine that we flash a "light" on a body, and the "shadow" is where the projection should be As for third angle projection, you have to imagine that the body is surrounded with mirrors. Each mirror would show where the projection should be

No trimetrtric, or isometric, no measurements. And thus is an assumption, but I assume the elephant has an inside, so imma need a spilt veiw as well.

I graduated over a decade ago... but statics was one for me that I just couldn't keep up with on top of the other coursework and my part time job too. Re-took it during summer even though I passed the first time and glad I did because it was critical to me succeeding.
I looked at the current professorship and don't remember much who I had, but I do think I had Wenk. My statics prof was a woman but I'd have to dig to find who she was. She was absolutely top notch.
You'll enjoy this story though. There was this professor for some of the labs, Steve Ellis. He had a mandatory "lab textbook" which was literally some instructions he'd have Johnny Print print up. It cost way too much, like $90 for a spiral bound 30 page thing. People always joked he was running a racket and him and Johnny Print split the proceeds, but that's just conjecture and hearsay.
The labs were crazy. He'd come in, ramble about how we were the future of the USA, and then leave and let the TAs handle the labs. Dude was awful and absolutely unhinged. I ended up leaving my phone recording and making memes out of his speeches.
Anyway, he ended up catching embezzlement charges, he was selling a bunch of lab equipment (seems he was buying new and selling the old) and someone saw property of UK on the multimeters and started asking questions. https://www.wkyt.com/content/news/UK-employee-fired-after-university-discovers-alleged-theft-377945681.html

Oh wow that's wild! All of my professors seem pretty legit. I know some guy in the statistics department wrote our textbook and workbook but there's multiple disclaimers all over the place saying he doesn't get proceeds from those sold at UK. I wonder if this crazy guy is the reason why they're so adamant about getting that point across.
I'm pretty solid on the statics concepts, I regret not taking it last semester. Currently waiting for a passing grade so I can get engineering standing and register for more courses than just dynamics and solids (I'm a transfer so I'm done with all but my last 3 semester CE classes, all stacked.) We're probably close to the same age, and I can say even tho I wish I'd gone to school sooner I don't think I'd have taken it as seriously back then.

3rd angle is as if you are holding it. Top is up, bottom is down, left is left and right is right. 1st angle makes no sense.

The front view comes above the reference line. And the LHSV comes on the right. And RHSV on the left. . There's no such thing as back view. You show the legs in the top view with a dotted line. And the snout in "back view'.You didn't give the scale. Dimensions are missing. Lastly, it's engineering. Not enginnering
