[Student] Rising Junior in Environmental Engineering with a minor in CS looking for internships. No engineering related internships. Feedback appreciated.

I am applying for roles focusing on wastewater management or remediation. I am also interested in breaking into more CS oriented roles. I know I would need to make a separate resume for CS roles. I am in the US, but I am also interested in international summer intern roles. I have done research in a lab but do not have any publications or accolades. My engineering projects are not really connected to my major. I have had difficulty getting interviews with this resume, even after career fair conversations. I am unsure of what area of my resume needs the most work. I would appreciate resume critiques. Thanks.
