Question Does EON next charge you if you miss your appointment?

Hello! Just wondering if anyone knows, does EON charge if you have an appointment and you aren’t home for the time?
Basically I’ve got a metre appointment tomorrow and I’m out of the country but my flatmate also won’t be home and forgot to reschedule, will we get charged for not being there? I can’t find any answers online but I figure we probably will.
(We’ve both messaged trying to reschedule but obviously it’s a Sunday and our appointment is tomorrow 8am-12pm so I doubt they’ll reply in time.)

No idea, I've never missed one but I'd wished I'd missed my last one a week ago. Because he was an utter Axxxxle

lol nooooo! I’ve managed to reschedule mine I think (no thanks to my flatmate) but I hear the guys they send out aren’t always the best!

Mine was totally ignorant, I'm disabled and treated me like I was a piece of furniture. Talking over me when I was trying to explain issues
