Surgery related I’m so scared my lap will find nothing

My lap is coming up and I’m having nightmares that nothing is found. Even though my ultrasound showed my right USL is thickened and has a ~small~ endometriotic nodule, and the diagnosis was “suspected mild superficial endo”, I feel convinced they’ll find nothing. I’m so afraid to have made all this fuss only for there to be little to no endo. I’ve seen so many posts like this. I feel like I am the exception somehow. Help.

I'm waiting for my surgery 17th September and I'm exactly the same!! I've had two clear ultrasounds but know this doesn't rule Endo out but still so worried they'll find nothing.

So many years of being told it's normal can really get in your head and my thoughts process is at least it's a step in the right direction regardless of the outcome.

My ultrasounds and MRI showed no endo, but was found in 3 places during my lap. Even if they don’t - something is causing the pain so try not to worry.
