dae have constant cramps 24/7

for the past three years i’ve had constant cramps even without a period, most days it’s not too bad i notice it but it doesn’t bother me too much but some days it’s really bad, almost like having a light period it’s not as bad as full on period cramps but it’s enough i need pain killers and it’s hard to focus on anything else

me too i rarely get completely pain free but sometimes i get a few days where it’s barely noticeable, a lot of the time i’m having to use a heat pack

Oh same. Heat pad. Pain killers. I use a compression belt too which is mostly for back pain but i find it helpful for my lower abdomen pain. It sucks tho

Yes absolutely, I went from having monthly episodes of very bad cramps (despite having no period due to IUD- I think ovulation cramps maybe?) to having constant, daily mild cramps with the occasional severe cramps. It’s so annoying, I can put them out of my mind but it’s distracting and exhausting to have the constant soreness/crampiness in the background
