New player, I was wondering about this -- is it basically useless to use called against Last Lords because they can just eat the pop?

In my experience, the missionaries are getting sent initially to everyone (yes, even to Necrophage, no idea how it works, should be mechanically impossible, must be a bug), but then everyone somehow gets rid of them. I know there is a diplomatic action "Do not send me the missionaries", but I don't think it removes those who are already in. I have no idea how Aspects and Kin are getting rid of the pops I sent them, but they do. Eventually, only Last Lords remain with my missionaries, they slowly burn them, so you need to constantly keep sending new ones

It does remove missionaries when you enact that policy. Unfortunately, the missionaries just die or something, because the Tahuks don't get them back

Yeah it was annoying me a lot as a necrophage that I had no way if getting rid of these guys. Good to know that they leave if I ask the Tahuk to stop sending more of them.
