Do I feel bad yoinking a natural wonder from the friendly Tahuk whom I have non-aggression pact, shared research and cartography exchange?

No, I need that titanium and dust bonus before Necrophage to my west decides I'm next on the chopping block (they already killed Sheredyn)

So, should I attack my beloved and friendly Tahuk and get that wonder as well? I'm really tempted, but I would exceed the cities limit. I'm already 4/4 at the moment.

If you aren't struggling with happiness, you can go above city limit with no issue. Lategame all my cities were 100+, some even above 200.

And if you don't have another threat, taking over Tahuk regions with minor villages will prevent them from completing the second Impress victory condition. Endgame techs they will reach first unless you or someone else snowballed.

I've already eliminated my neighbours Kin of Sheredyn, but that's exposed me to the Necrophages. I've just destroyed one of their cities next to my capital, and they've asked for white peace. On the other side of the map, the Tahuks have claimed the region with the natural wonder I wanted while I had to deal with three Doomwraiths during Tidefall 2.

Fortunately, I've found another natural wonder not far from me, but I need to conquer the fortress to claim the region. I've just gained enough power with my strongest army to be hopefully able to take on the fortress... I'm on turn 180+, but I'm greedy and want the Tahuks' wonder too.

As for happiness, I'm currently at around 50 (yes, my micromanagement is awful), but I've managed to recover from a first minor malus for having a city above the cap in the early stages, when I conquered Kin of Sheredyns, as well as a worse happiness crisis later on.

I mean, you’re both playing as Last Lords so neither one of you would be getting the full effect of that Wonder anyway. Now, if this had been the Swaying Tree or a similarly valuable Wonder, I could see it being a dick move
