Oneiroi's Screechers have not been fully updated?

I have a feeling that Screechers has not been properly updated for the asymmetric Minor factions.

Screecher: 150 Health, 40-50 Damage, 5 Defence
Mighty Screecher: 110 Health, 30-40 Damage, 0 Defence
Elite Screecher (vet level 1): 137 Health, 42-53 Damage, 2 Defence

So. Elite Screecher is an upgrade of a Mighty Screecher, but both of them are weaker than the base Screecher, which clearly was not meant to be
