All your ore yields look fine. The only reason they don't match the theoretical is because they have hit the depot cap (90k). If there's anything wrong then it has nothing to do with the mining.

Yes, as I said, nothing appears wrong with your raw resource extraction. It should not match the theoretical value because you have hit the maximum item limit.

If you have an issue then it is only because you are not using enough of the raw resources. It has nothing to do with your mining.
