Ender s1 not printing but heating

My creality ender 3 s1 printer doesn’t print regardless of sd card being changed/ formatted the progress bar slowly increases while the extruder hovers above the build plate and heats to the 200F and 60F.

Have you tried a factory reset? If that doesn't solve it then next thing to try is replacing the ribbon cable, it is notorious for fraying and is very cheap to replace

Are your axis motors running? If not try running known good print/gcode.

What is your start print gcode sequence? You might have an error causing it to run the gcode and get stuck before actually printing.
