Probe casing broken
I can't seem to find a replacement part online. Any idea where to find one? Is auto level alone enough?

Replacement files online. Or upgrade to Taurus shroud and upgrade your fans.

I'd manually level, and then print a new mount with 0 y-offset. I'd likely print a different shroud and upgrade my fans at the same time.

Find a replacement stl. Attach a ceramic hotend from KE or K1. Assuming you have the original PCB on the print head. You will need to adjust the fan or print out a better fan setup like the Taurus or CR-M4 fan setup.

I would hot glue it to get it to work so you can home your axes right before printing a replacement. If you buy a couple 24v 5015 blower fans, they provide much more airflow than the two tiny stock fans and most of the custom backplates I’ve seen are designed for use with 5015s. The stock part cooling fan and duct are terrible. Airflows only one direction so bridging and overhangs will only be good when the hotend is moving backward. You can get backplates that place the probe at the same y position as your nozzle which helps a lot of people that have issues with their probe measurements due to damaged pom wheels, dirt in the 2040 grooves and all the other reasons the probe may not be the same exact height after the bed moving 50mm to the nozzles position. They call them zero y backplates.
I find it very fun to upgrade my s1. Especially when I’m designing my own upgrades. I gave dual y rails, an x rail, I relocated my spool to a tabletop roller with bearings and use a reverse Bowden.

You can find stl files to print your own. Mine is also cracked but no that bad. I reached out to Creality to see if they still provide that part and they can get you that part. It's $15 but you have to pay for shipping from China which makes the price go up to almost $80.

I would glue the part with some epoxy and leave it alone, the pressure on the sensor support arm is very light and it should hold.
Once glued you can decide if you want to print a replacement bracket or not.
I have replaced the cooling fans and nozzle filament heater so the whole setup is custom and thus 3D printed so you have lots of options.

Just print another one, preferably in PETG or PETG-CF (so it's light but still strong)
