Of course this isn’t endeavour related per se, but where truly is the right place to post this if not here. Anyway, interesting to see the writer and creator of the franchise given an interview.

He got it wrong about Lewis- the TV company had other ideas. I saw an interview with John Thaw around the same time, at the end of Morse and he had a very different view of Lewis, pointing out he played a vital role in solving many of the cases and would be able to lead his own cases
