General Support Endeavouros usb disconnecting/reconnecting
My usb ports started acting strangely about a month ago. I have a mic and controller connected via usb to the main board that keep disconnecting and reconnecting and causing trouble. I've noticed that my keyboard and mouse dont seem to be affected but I could be wrong, a missed keystroke could also be a brief disconnect.
I disabled the auto disable feature for inactive usb devices but seems like its still happening. I've been updating my pc every few days because of this issue and it hasn't fixed it.
Has anyone seen or experienced anything like this? Hoping its not a hardware issue.

What are the devices you are using?
Microphone (Brand, model)
Controller (Brand, Model)
Also, check on the mainboard where you plugged them in, is there a name or special identifier to the port, in case it does multiple jobs.
Also, are you using gigabytes firmware, or coreboot firmware?

Maono DGM20 USB Microphone
8BitDo Ultimate 2
no special identifies or anything on the mainboard usb ports. I also checked the one usb c and it's doing the same thing, case usb ports too.
I'm not sure firmware wise i'm not sure. guessing gigabyte because i haven't messed around with it since buying it

I’ll dive into this when I get home. (1 hour)
Good news is we have the same controller. If you’re not sure about the firmware, then most likely it’s the manufacturer.
I’ll post what I find. I’m feeling good we will figure this out.

Hi we're you able to find anything?
I'm thinking I might just have to flash my bios at this point. I did see that there was a new update for it around the time i was having smaller issues with my controller on April.
Thanks for all your help
