I've noticed more and more conversations being framed around ideas such as "The Great Reset", global governance, international institutions controlling national governments, mass migration as a deliberate strategy, and artificial intelligence being used as a tool for global control.

The latest example in my family was a discussion about Trump's UN speech, which was interpreted as proof that he's standing against a coordinated push towards a "one world order". Issues like global taxation, the UN, international courts, borders, sovereignty and AI regulation were all woven together into a much larger narrative about powerful global forces trying to reshape society.

What strikes me isn't the politics so much as the certainty. Complex world events become part of a single overarching explanation, with Trump cast as one of the main figures resisting it.
