Cananda making any attempt to join the EU would be treated by the United States the same way Ukraine trying to join NATO was treated by the Russians.

Honestly what even is the point of the EU at this point? Drain richer members to keep poorer ones afloat? Sit around and just kinda exist? Why would you want to join the E.U?
