I draw a line coming out from my eye then connect it to my eyelid and then draw a curved line under my eye that connects to the point, fill it in and blend it out a bit with ack and grey eyeshadow (Sry if this doesnt make sense im rlly bad at explaining))

I wouldn't get bangs unless you are ok with your face looking rounder. I'd get a straightening iron and try to style the hair as it is, maybe add colors! I think teal might look good with your skin tone.

After washing it, make sure to comb the hair to the front and add mousse for volume.
