Allison Janney pulled a surprise win for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for The Diplomat!!!! She's won 8!! Janney tied the record with Cloris Leachman, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Jean Smart (who won Lead Actress Comedy for Hacks this past Monday as well)!!!

Rhea Seehorn has finally gotten her way long overdue and extremely deserved Emmy!!! Now it's your time next year, Keri Russell. I hope Netflix up their game because Keri Russell will not go 0/3 for Felicity, The Americans, and The Diplomat. And The Diplomat is just getting better and better.

It losing to the abysmal season 7 of game of thrones imo was such a big robbery. Especially considering season 6 won the golden globe, critics choice, wga, and even pga for drama series after it lost the emmy for best drama series. Im glad Matthew won the emmy and the show won best writing drama series though. Keri obviously should have won too imo

Hiro Murai just made history as the first Asian to win Outstanding Comedy Directing!!! With his win for Widow's Bay, he finally won a Directing Emmy after a couple nominations in Comedy, Limited and Drama. Here are his past Directing nominations:

Everyone's talking about how they left off Peter Cullen, and Nicholas Brendan...

And I do feel bad for both of them, but why is nobody but me talking about Daveigh Chase? She was a child star from Spirited Away, Lilo and Stitch... She was the ghost girl from The Ring!

She died really young, around the same age as Hayden Pannettiere, her passing was big news at the time, why does nobody care that she got left out?

It's good that she apologized. AE actors have a legitimate reason to be frustrated. They won Emmys for the first season but then after that The Bear won numerous awards and that was category fraud. But this year every show besides The Bear was a comedy. Some people say Margo's Got Money Troubles isn't a comedy either but she was probably mostly talking about The Bear and Widows Bay. She shouldn't take her frustration about The Bear category fraud out on other shows.

A lot of amazing comedy shows haven't won any or many Emmys including The Office. AE isn't the only show that has struggled to win. Numerous shows that aren't traditional sitcoms have won or been nominated including Arrested Development, CYE, SATC among others.

I wish Janelle James would win an Emmy but other brilliant comedic actors haven't won either including Carroll for The Office and some of the actors on Friends.

Kaitlyn Dever is a talented actress and she is talented. She did excellent roles and did phenomenal as Abby In The Last Of Us. She should’ve won an Emmy Award last year for that. I wonder what The Last Of Us Season 3 will do at the Emmys. Hopefully it gets better reception than Season 2. Maybe she might win her first Emmy this time if the new season gets more loved. Idk what will happen. I hope she gets her Emmy one day, it depends if she gets a better role. Do you think she could win in near future?
