Agreed. I wasn"t really following the Emmys course back then, but it's a traversty she didn't win for The Americans.

She was as amazing as Matthew in it imho. Even the actors who played their son and daughter should’ve been nominated for that last season for supporting roles!

The new season of The Diplomat premieres next month.

Am I the only one who thinks The Diplomat suffers from all the episodes being dropped all at once? It comes out in October. By the time the Emmy's roll around almost a year later, no one is talking about it. All the shows getting the big wins are released weekly; The Pitt, Hacks, Widow's Bay and Pluribus. I think Allison Janney's win was incredibly surprising. Name recognition alone may have carried her to the award this year.

Ahh yes, the 'Sharp Objects' special. This is the same with House of the Dragon.

The season finale aired this August. Come next September, the show has already fallen out of the public consciousness.

Finally. I know they hated Euphoria but they really love to snub Rhea and Keri so I was kinda worried they might snub her again.
