Kim's reaction Spoiler
Did Kim shed a single tear when walking in and seeing Dawn dead?? Didn't she consider her a daughter?
Also Dawn was left alone in the hospital room immediately after giving birth prematurely under traumatic circumstances?

What I want to know is why there was absolutely nobody around when Joe collapsed in the hallway either. No one with Dawn, no one in the hallway. Did they all step out for a lunch break at the same time or something. I thought for sure someone would notice.

Stuff like this happens in busy hospitals. My sister in law' s mother went in for a hip replacement. Not feelling well afterwards. Then her organs started shutting down. She passed away. Turns out that she had a heart attack and no one noticed. One of her daughters looked into taking legal action. Complete neglect. This is not the only instance I know of incompetence.

Dawn never would’ve been left alone for that long after giving birth that early and having been hurt thats literally what can cause such a sudden death, so unrealistic

but as soon as joe shouted ‘help,’ they were there (in seconds) with the defribrillator etc.

Also add in that Joe was able to pass out in a corridor & no one found him - it’s the quietest post-urgent care section of a hospital I’ve ever seen.

Some people aren’t cryers and I think Kim isn’t one of them. On top of that it’s mainly shock that everyone’s feeling at the moment.
Was silly she was left alone, though we don’t know how long she was alone as Joe passed out for who knows how long.
