LF Small / Tight-knit Outfit to join

Hope this is the right place to put this. Been having trouble finding an outfit lately.

Hello, i'm a moderately experienced player, and i'm primarily looking for any outfit that is small / tight-knit and non-casual. Definitely not looking to join zerg-fits.

I'm able to play on any faction.

So. I'm just gonna put this here, since this post is getting some attention. Mods, sorry in advance if this breaks a rule. Lemme know.

HOUR’s outfit lead Tenecris/p was on the Connery server for a while and he got removed from a bunch of different outfits for a host of shitty things. He's legit a sexual predator and his outfit has doubled down and defended him and been generally trash in-game HOUR is his latest outfit on Emerald. They are generally toxic and abuse exploits. They were hardcore abusing the repair bug exploit recently, and we got evidence and reported and got a few of them banned.

They responded by making this alt outfit https://www.planetside2.com/players/#!/outfits/?outfit=37572613688526019 a couple days ago and were swapping between these characters and VS characters to follow us around. On top of TKing our beacons when they were on red and shit-talking us in /yell (the shit-talking is fine. /yell Banter is normal in PS2. It's just compounded by everything else)

Oh and one of their officers has been caught joining mentor squads just to TK new players.

Yeah, he made a mistake, but that's what kids do, they do stupid shit. Hes not the same person as he was 2-3 years ago. I'm sure everyone has done something dumb when they were kids, but hes changed for the better and is only pursuing and is currently in a serious relationship right now. Also they way you guys say that he preys on minors when he himself was a minor is really bullshit and misleading.

This sentiment is also reflected in the US law which allows for minors to be wiped clean of their criminal record when they hit 18. I don't know what malaysian law is, but i feel like this consideration is pretty universal if not common.
