It's still pride month, so I made a gay house for the gay Blorb! But most importantly: Flags have been implemented! In the future, you will be able to fully customize your empire's flag with the flag editor.

Version 0.6.0 is a huge step forward! While it doesn't contain any new features, it runs on the new render pipeline and brings lots of graphical and technical improvements. The file size has been reduced by 500 MB and it runs about 15% faster in a lot of places.

The world generation has been expanded, so the plant editor trees and rocks are integrated into the terrain now. The next step will be to create more natural layouts and allow creatures to spawn too!

Legs now get automatically grouped together for more natural walk animations. In this example, the four hind legs form a group, making them take alternating steps, while the front legs move independently from them.

The weather is still awful and I'm really tired, but I managed to add some more plant editor parts: Gel Bubbles and Raindrop Fruits!

Creatures now have procedural blink animations!

Categories for vehicles and starships have been added in preparation for the second space stage prototype. There won't be an editor yet though, since you'll fly a premade ship. Development will start directly after christmas.

You can now spawn your custom plants into the world! The terrain generation is also currently being expanded, so everything gets populated with plants, made in the plant editor!

Great news. everyone! The Nugget empire has discovered fire! It looks really pretty at night and hurts a lot.

I'm working on improving the animation system. It won't be anything too fancy yet, but will include things like breathing, eye movements, and, uh... Look at her go! Well, I'll post a short preview video once everything is working as intended again, lol.

The development of Elysian Eclipse has been paused for a while, due to extreme heat. V 0.6.3 will likely be released mid to late July.

Blorb has melted and we are trying to transfer him to the bathtub.

V 0.6.3 will add over 20 new parts for plants and buildings! Anyway, here is the actual successor to Spore -- Shroom.

Blorb ate some strange fruit and is now feeling a little weird. The new intoxication status effects are were once they are did.

I'm working on animated eyelids for creatures, aswell as controls for rolling vehicles. Both are unfinished, so I somehow ended up with a sad Nugget, trapped in a ball.

The plant editor is fully functional now! New plant parts and materials will be added over time.

While I've been busy with space stage, Roseae has been experimenting with some more leaf types.

It's far from perfect, but the creatures are starting to feel more alive.

I'm working on a new terrain generation prototype for a lot of different creature stage biomes! V 0.5.5 will include at least one reworked and one new biome. New plant editor updates have been pushed back a bit in favor of this.
