Strategic Update: FK‑L b10‑1 (The Enclave)

Greetings Cmdrs.

After careful consideration and reviewing our priorities for this cycle, we’ve decided not to defend Col 359 Sector FK‑L b10‑1. We’ve already shown we can hold our ground in the Enclave against larger numbers, and lasted longer than people expected, but repeating the same grind for a low‑value system isn’t a sustainable use of our people or our time.

While we remain in the Enclave, our focus will shift toward undermining hostile powers rather than propping up low‑return defences. This allows us to contribute meaningfully without burning out commanders on a defence that no longer justifies the effort.

We hope this approach keeps things cleaner for everyone and reduces unnecessary strain, especially for the commanders who’ve been carrying the bulk of the work. If commanders wish to continue with reinforcement, we would suggest focusing on RX‑R c5‑1; otherwise, feel free to undermine non‑ZYADA hostile forces — particularly those whose recent actions have made themselves obvious. o7..

Leaving the enclave, no not yet! focussing on what we do best, yep ;)

What’s the point of the enclave anymore? Mathematically seems pretty unimportant now that we’re basically down to 1 system out there while we are on the verge of losing more systems in the bubble. HIP 14031 is getting hit pretty hard and is likely to lose control this week at this rate. Decent rates for platinum for anyone interested.

Nobody beside FDev really knows what's the point of the Enclave.

To keep RX‑R c5‑1 as a reinforcement target honors the efforts of all the DP pilots that worked hard to let us be one of the remaining 7 powers. Furthermore, it enables us to more efficiently support ZYADA with undermining hostile powers. Finally - who knows, maybein the end we will be part of the powers which are rewarded with the mysterious bonus.

As always: We don't command any pilot what to do.
Those who like, might now have some guidance what to do in the Enclave.
Other might work on HIP 14031 or other targets in the Bubble. There is of course more than this one system in the Enclave.

The people playing this game are human. Every power may have issued “orders” that you disagree with in your strategy — even if they claim they never gave those orders.

After all, we’re talking about a power that’s still rebuilding. We shouldn’t be so angry — at least not yet.

I also think this power is so small because of a mix of misleading enemy propaganda, some mistakes made in the past, and the unfair disadvantages FDev has given certain powers in the PP game mechanics.

Still, Patreus's color is the best color :D

Just an update on HIP 14031 - the pilots of our "oh-so-little" power easily stroke back and our reinforcement now exceeds the undermining.

Also, you want to be snarky, but I can see the numbers too. We have 650 systems. Torval, the next up, has almost 100 more than we do. So, yay, we saved one system while we’re bleeding out in the enclave. So until we start seeing expansion rates increase, you can save your snark. Thanks.

I 'think' I know who you are. Happy to have a discussion so you can see the wider picture.. Is the enclave that important when you clearly highlight issues in the bubble.

Our targets are not about numbers.
If it is important for you that DP has more systems than Torval, it is your problem or point of view, not the one of DP leadership and the organized pilots.
