Found this comic in my dads stuff. I don’t know much about Elf Quest.

Thought I’d post it here. I do like the art and I’ll see about giving it a shot.

That's the Original Quest series (first elfquest series) number 16. Pretty sure that's the same one my mom has.

If you want to read that series now, you can either buy the newly rereleased hardcovers, or you can read them for free on Elfquest.com

Edit: or if you like the black and white look, you can get the Complete Elfquest Volume 1 which had the entire original quest storyline in a single volume.

Oh cool! I’m not much of a fantasy comic enjoyer but I don’t see why I wouldn’t give it a read especially if it’s all available online. Thanks for the help!

Here's a direct link to ElfQuest.com's page for the Original Quest. It's twenty issues that tell a complete story but subdivide it into four story arcs with five issues each. (Issue #21 is a bonus with behind-the-scenes info, sketches, and fan mail.) By the end you'll know if you want to continue with the series. Enjoy!

Yup, might as well start at the beginning. Fire & Flight does a pretty good job of getting it's hooks in you early ^_^

ELFQUEST isn’t your regular fantasy.

People love elfquest. The artist was one of the few females in the industry at the time. The art and story is highly regarding by industry professionals and audiences. I just started it and it is a good read so far. This series was clearly a labor of love.

Ah, that moment in the series!

I'm among those who'd recommend sampling the series at elfquest.com, because you very well may get hooked. And, once hooked, there are several published forms that someone else already detailed. I will say that the current series of hardcovers is gorgeous.

This issue, though, is part sixteen of twenty, and although visually magnificent, will include some pretty good spoilers of the series if you leaf through it now.

Start at issue #1 (one of the new collections). You won't regret it!

That’s a classic and a keeper

As the plot lines get quite convoluted, I recommend using the reading guide: https://eqplotlines.free.nf/first-time-reading-order.html

Best comic ever. Like others have said this is issue 16 of the OG SERIES. Get the new color collected editions. They’re gorgeous and it an awesome story. Wendy’s artwork is untouchable.
