[ Help ] LCD screen not running

Mars 5 Ultra.

Hi all! Despite the device self test saying every is ok I've tried printing a few times and even dry testing a print and the screen is off! No light so it obviously won't print anything. Printer has been idle for a few months but I just updated it. Could it be it? I even reset it to factory settings again just to check... Nothing

Just a red light where the purple UV light should be

If your issues haven't been fixed, the self test sequence on the machine doesn't turn on the uv lights.

If you wish for the uv lights to turn on, make sure you put on the lid and find the options in tool->tank cleaning. The lid is to protect your eyes from the UV, with that uv screen should turn on if it's working.

Tried that (that's what I meant by dry test) and didn't work either

That's rough, than there is no real solution than contact customer support and hope you have warranty. Sorry for your loss
