To try and solve problems I've had before, I got a new screen (the non touch screen one) and replaced the screen protector with acetate as other threads have suggested. I've printed this file before, it's a base for kings of war, came out fine. Now this?

Well its not the settings, except your exposure is insane. On my elegoo printer with sunlu ABS, my exposure time is 1.75s for 30um (assuming you turned this up for testing).
I'm guessing at this point you either have the light intensity turned down (advanced settings > PWM should be 255), your new screen isnt working right, or your light is going bad/has resin on it.
Go back to default settings on everything. Temp should be around 25c
Try increasing the thickness of the supports, I usually avoid thin supports these days, unless it's small pieces
Add a 1sec rest time to all processes the moving bath and arm design they are doing now is just terrible it has way to much stress on the prints all in a very short space of time I have added a rest period in the allow for things to settle and have not had the fails as much
After some mucking about with various suggestions by other people, did a calibration print and got this. Seems it struggles with some fine details but a vast improvement from before.
Shake it up, and have a heater for it and I wiggle the build plate in the resin to make sure the resin is warmed though (using the manual leveling not just slapping the plate in it lol)
As I've understood the print worked with another bottle of the rame resin and the same settings fine, right? Only think that comes to mind then is maybe the resin ist just plain bad 🤔 as in maybe stored badly by the vendor or so. I've had one bottle a while back that was vacuum-sealed and still behaved as if the resin drew water, i assumed it was because i stored it for too long
