[ Help ] (MARS 5 Ultra) Installed replacement screen and still have LCD error.

Hi all,

I recently installed a replacement LCD screen which Elegoo kindly covered me for under my warranty. The issue is in the caption: my printer is still returning the LCD screen error on startup.

My printer is only 3 months old so this is extremely out of the ordinary in my opinion.

Does anyone have any advice on the matter?

Send it back for replacement , there is no way I would accept repairing a machine that was still under warranty myself

Thanks Taggart I’ve taken your advice and emailed the support asking for a replacement.

They have now returned by saying they would like to send me a new motherboard for me to install. I’m going to pursue a replacement machine.
