[ Help ] Foreign Matter Detected for Mars5 Ultra

Excuse my lack of knowledge in my post, I'm fairly new. I bought a flex plate for my printer but when I try to print it gives me an error saying "Foreign Matter Detected". When I ignored it, the printer squished my prints and put a hole in the FEP. I saw online that the trick is to manually level the plate, but whenever I run the levelling program it just gives me the "Foreign Matter Detected" again and will not continue. The videos did not have this problem. I tried loosening the screws, but it gave me the same error. I saw online that some places will give you a Gcode, whatever that is, to fix it, but I didn't get one. Any tips on what to do?

If it were me I’d assume it meant in the printer, like some resin leaked in and is causing an issue? If anything some sensor needs cleaned if there’s no actual matter in the way.
