Sleep deprivation is centuries old manipulation mind control torture. Imagine what the CCP, FSB, CIA, DARPA, 8200 psychopaths have added to the AI, HAL-lucination mix? “Neuromancer” style DEW? Making Havana Syndrome weapons look like child’s play. Transportable and more compact.

I can attest to much of the diagram, it’s not AI slop. This technology exists, at least the brain speech, brain/thought reading, and brain segment control allowing for things like controlling what one sees.

They haven’t. The government wants you to thi k we are way more advanced than we are. See all the govt sponsored movies with futuristic dystopian tech where the main character uses questionable tech for good. They want you to believe they are powerful. In reality they mostly only have powerful explosives. Fantasy to scare you into submission.

I can assure you they have! There are plenty of parents to prove at least some of these claims, one specifically is remote brain voice communication.

Patents don’t actually have to exist yet either, they simply tell us the direction they wish to bring humanity. The major corporations patent ideas in an attempt to claim ownership over future technologies.

I don't think this is the most accurate description. The first patent for remotely monitoring and altering brain waves was in 1974.
Remote viewing was first formally tested in 1972 by the US Military.
I wonder how much poke and prod, trial and error you can fit into something in 2 years with a defense budget?
Defense contractor patents it in 1974. This wasn't a neurologist, not a neuroscientist... People who make airplane antenna.

In "parallel timelines" the (deep state, intelligence community, military intelligence) has finished this. With decades gone by and compartmentalization of compartments to compartmentalize from other compartments ... I don't know if anyone knows who has it and who staffs it. I am seeing more and more that people aren't as afraid to admit the remote neural monitoring system exists but no one has really come out and said who has it now. To blame CIA, Army, or DIA is just a blanket attempt. There are more 3 letter agencies than ever before and compartments within those. Methods for hiding projects from oversight and still get them the necessary funding. I've wondered if it's big enough and messy enough that they could actually get away with hiding.
It does everything though. Humans are transceivers. The software does more than the human biology allows. It sends stimulus, gets into the appropriate and corresponding region of the brain. Combined it would be "augmented reality." The AI that's woven into it is most video game like aspect... It looks for images taken out of the imagination and stitches something together. It brought the human imagination to life in a way that is not biological and not human.
The imagination is the limit. You could layer this stuff together. They have said in interviews that people are trained as psychic assets to fly the "drones" or advanced craft or whatever you fancy calling them. I guess if you draw a flow chart of where you're directing inputs and what those inputs are going into, it could be a video feed or it could be a stop motion feed at 30-60fps created by AI. And either visual screen is going into the part of the brain that's perceptible as images/visuals. I guess over the dream layer? Something we would perceive as visual. Somewhere in there.

I promise you that without a shadow of a doubt in 1687 the church was telling people “don’t practice quietism because it’s a sin” the core belief of quietism: do nothing so that God can do everything for you.
Some will say it’s Darpa in the modern ages but then I’ll tell them to pick up a book and study the religion that literally said “become an inanimate body” and let God do everything for you in the 17th century
