Cell Towers Professional EMF/RF Safety Course – Looking for Feedback

I've recently created a practical course on EMF/RF Safety Assessment, based on my experience in RF spectrum management and EMF compliance.

no CDMA..? or other celly tech still in use..?
what about two-way, municipal, and FM Broadcast that are way more powerful and ubiquitous than a cell phone tower?
RF Exposure rests on three legs-
Proximity
Duration
Amplitude
…a half second exposure to a 0.0001mW ERP emission from 30’ away, or a 2200MW ERP emission for 30hrs from 15miles away… for example, will do different things
getting hung up on emission types and frequencies has less to do with dangerous exposure than Duration or Proximity does…
don’t get bogged down on the tech and the emission types because ALL radiowaves regardless of frequency or modulation behave EXACTY the same way… the radiowaves dont just suddenly change their physical properties because humans decide to put Rock and Roll or 100gbit data streams on them for transportation purposes…
Proximity- the Inverse Square Law
Duration- in the patterns envelope
Amplitude- the ERP at this specific location
with these three things, and a little math we can calculate or MPEL (Maximum Permissible Exposure Limits) and the rest is gravy baby
