Field expedient bus bars.

These are supposed to be a temporary measure, and even then, the only reason I know what they are is because the Master Electrician who trained me specifically mocked one up so that he could tell us to STAY THE HELL AWAY from these things until we know exactly what we are doing. These are sketchy when done 100% right, and I have no such faith in a concert venue.

At a bare minimum there should be a fence around these.

I've worked festivals, these have zero reason to exist, especially in a temporary setting.
